Water, stock, broth, milk, cream and many other liquid ingredients: Thanks to the easy-to-read scales in liters and milliliters, the WMF measuring jug from the Gourmet collection enables you to measure ingredients really easily and quickly. The jug holds up to one liter of liquid. The additional gram scale also helps with cooking or baking as you can measure sugar, for example, without the need for weighing scales. The cup measuring scale is very helpful too as it can be used to determine the correct ratio between rice and water, for instance.

Cromargan®: 18/10 rust free stainless steel – unique and indestructible

Cutlery, pots, or kitchen gadgets - all of WMF’s products need to be suitable for daily use and retain their beautiful appearance for as long as possible - regardless how often they are used. WMF has taken care of that, offering a wide range of Cromargan® products for the last 80 years. The name Cromargan® is derived from the words “chrome” and “argan” – “chrome” due to steel’s particularly high chromium content and “argan” due to its silvery appearance.

Virtually all of WMF’s products are made from Cromargan®: 18/10 rust free stainless steel, a material with outstanding usability and ease of care. This premium stainless steel is odorless and tasteless and is also resistant to food acids. Cromargan® is also scratch and impact-resistant and retains its durability, even with intense usage. And of course, all products made from Cromargan® 18/10 rust free stainless steel are dishwasher safe.
